About Us ...
Dexmar was formed in 1999 and specialises in the provision of software to manage compliance, both statutory (FOI, DPA, EIR) and non-statutory, documents and records. Dexmar software has been implemented by numerous public sector organisations including The Metropolitan Police Service, The Health and Safety Executive, The Office for National Statistics, Shropshire County Council, the Care Quality Commission and the Office of the E-Envoy.
Our compliance software, Freetrack, manages the entire life-cycle of FOI, DPA and EIR requests from request capture, through task allocation and management, document collation, document redaction, document publication, case correspondence management, internal reviews, ICO and tribunal appeals, record retention/ disposal and management reporting. Dexmar has provided software to manage FOI, DPA and EIR requests to public sector organisations since the FOI Act came into force in 2005 and the design of Freetrack has been driven by real world input from Dexmar’s clients.
Freetrack has been developed on a Microsoft Sharepoint platform and is available as a cloud application. It can be installed simply and quickly on existing Microsoft Sharepoint implementations, enabling organisations to get enhanced returns from their investment in Microsoft Sharepoint, or it can be accessed directly from the cloud, meaning organisations do not have to establish and administer a Sharepoint infrastructure themselves.
Freetrack is modular in design and therefore provides organisations with flexible deployment options. For example organisations that require a simple means to interface Outlook with Sharepoint can procure the Outlook integrator as a standalone application, or those that require a means to redact documents held in SharePoint from within Sharepoint can use the Freetrack Sharepoint redaction module as a standalone application.
